FLAT DONATION
You can make a “flat” donation to Swingin’ Fore A Coz VII through PayPal using your credit card.
Eagle Level: $350 or more

Birdie Level: $200 to $349

Par Level: $199 or less

PER HOLE DONATION
If you’d like to donate on a per hole donation, please download and fill out the pledge form. Either fax to 316-634-1493 or email to cjcozby@wichitacountryclub.org.

Eagle Level: $4 per hole, $5 per birdie/$25 per eagle/$100 per hole-n-one

Birdie Level: $2 per hole, $5 per birdie/$25 per eagle/$100 per hole-n-one

Par Level: $1 per hole, $5 per birdie/$25 per eagle/$100 per hole-n-one
