My goal for 2010 is to play 117 holes, with all proceeds benefiting Victory in the Valley.

 

 

To donate based on a per hole/birdie/eagle basis, you will receive an invoice following Swingin’ Fore A Coz V. Include your pledge level, name, address, phone number and email.

		Eagle Level: $4 per hole, $5 per birdie/$25 per eagle/$100 per hole-n-one or a “flat” fee of $350 or more.
		Birdie Level: $2 per hole, $5 per birdie/$25 per eagle/$100 per hole-n-one or a “flat” fee of $200 to $349.
		Par Level: $1 per hole, $5 per birdie/$25 per eagle/$100 per hole-n-one or a “flat” fee of $199 or less.
